Dr. Chi Pang-Yuan(齊邦媛) is a professor emeritus at NTU’s Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. She edited the multi-volume series Zhongguo Xiandai Wenxue Xuanji (An Anthology of Contemporary Chinese Literature) and served as the editor-in-chief for the Taipei Chinese P.E.N.
